Shipping & Returns
Please read the shipping policy carefully before you make any purchase at www.xc-elitesports.com. Choosing the correct shipping method will deliver your orders faster. Thank you for your cooperation.

All orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.

Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday.

Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Shipping Time and Charges
Your shipping time and fee are determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. You can estimate your shipping time and costs here.

Note that www.xc-elitesports.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. If the shipping fee does NOT appear, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order info@xc-elitesports.com

In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
Lead Time
Orders are not shipped until payment has been received in full or, satisfactory credit arrangements have been made, and all required documents are returned signed. Orders are processed on the same or next business day after receipt of full payment and all signed documents.
Shipping Methods
We ship via TNT Post. Since your are paying the freight we will need you to
tell us the level of service you request. Once the order is processed and shipped,
you will receive an e-mail with a notification.
Important:We do not accept a customer's own
shipping account (Federal Express, DHL or any other company) for any
order.
Shipping Liability
Risk of loss of any Products shall pass to Customer upon delivery to any TNT Post shipping point in the Netherlands.
Return Policy
CrossCountry Elite Sports will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to CrossCountry Elite Sports Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. CrossCountry Elite Sports will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
Return Policy for Refund

Customer must inform CrossCountry Elite Sports of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date.No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

You may return items sold by CrossCountry Elite Sports within 30 business days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice.

All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the return policy.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; CrossCountry Elite Sports will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.

Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.

If any of the above conditions are not met, CrossCountry Elite Sports reserves the right to refuse the return or charge shipping costs as a restock fee, at our sole discretion. Shipping costs as a restock fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.

Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
Important: We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;

Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement

At CrossCountry Elite Sports, we take six months warranty for product replacement or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives.

Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty. Some of our products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

In order to keep our prices low we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs as a restock fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

For any refused package or any returns to CrossCountry Elite Sports due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
